I would say Word Press but Blogger is also decent from what I have seen.
WordPress I believe is the most popular and easy to get going. It’s popularity has caused it to have tons of contributors offering free themes that one can use to make it professional looking.
Even godaddy.com now offers "Wordpress Hosting" which is essentially just their regular hosting + they setup wordpress for you to save you time and technical headaches.
