Also check out Office Live Small Business. You don’t have to know code since its template-based – you also get other design tools to help you create your website. There are free options and paid options, so look at the “Pricing” page to see if this fits your needs. There is also a good online community for self-assist support with demos and Q&A.

    Hi,

I am also do not know HTML or any other programing so I build all my web sites using wordpress.
It is easy like MS word and you have a ton of free themes (templates).
As for hosting, I am host my sites at IX web hosting, http://bit.ly/i9zlSE, they have one click wordpress installation and I am very satisfy with them.

Use Ultimate Web Builder – http://www.redesigns.org/web-builder

It is very easy to use, like MS Word. You can design, build, and manage your website from the Admin Panel. It does all the programming – html/css/php/javascript – for you.

You can buy your web hosting there too, and get free installation of the software/updates.

You try My Webbie Hosting’s Site Studio. This software is free in all of their plans, and you can use it to create your own webpages by just customizing their 70+ predesigned templates. You check their demo and the available templates (I gave the links below). Their cheapest plan costs only $3.95/month, which already includes unlimited disk space and bandwidth, 24/7 support, one-hour ticket response time, and 30-day money back guarantee.
