Hosting Question: Fatcow versus Hostgator

It is a tough decision to pick between Fatcow and Hostgator Web Hosting. We need an independent review to compare their support, billing, control panel, coupon code etc. Any suggestion? Fatcow Web Hosting or Hostgator Web Hosting? Is Fatcow Web Hosting better than Hostgator Web Hosting, or the other way around? From what I have read and heard, they are both providing cheap and dependable web hosting servers.
