Help with creating websites/pages on GoDaddy and Website Tonight?

A frequently-asked query:

I am trying to make a website for a band. I bought the domain, hosting and a 10-page Website Tonight builder through GoDaddy. Let’s call it "mysite.com."

I am able to edit and update the main page on Website Tonight.

I can make other pages on Website Tonight, but if I save and click on them through the index page, the URL is for Website Tonight, not my URL.

Basically, I want to make the pages "mysite.com/tour" and "mysite.com/merch" etc. I thought these were called subdomains, but I haven’t been able to find information on what I’m looking for. Either I’m using the wrong term, or this should be so easy that there is no help available for it online.

Another term I’ve heard is domain forwarding, but I always thought that would be something along the lines of, if I owned two domain names "mysite.com" and "myband.com" and if someone types in one of the URLs, it would take them to the other.

If anyone has any steps or tips for how to create pages linked to the domain I paid for, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

A subdomain would be like tour.mysite.com that would point to the folder mysite.com/tour

What you want to do is create a folder (tour) and put an index.html page inside that folder. Then when someone goes to mysite.com/tour the index page will display automatically.

Here is a link to GoDadddy help page with Domain information

    http://help.godaddy.com/article/1669?locale=en

There should be step by step instructions somewhere under the domain heading.

if u use site-builder,u have to create new page.actually when u Create pages, ur server database give a link automatically.that something like example.com/index.php?p=1_8 etc.that is ur page link.not ur page name.when u Create pages u wrote a name."mysite.com/tour" and "mysite.com/merch" etc yes, both them r subdomain name,u have to Create it in ur domain setting.or u have to Create link by yourself.but its difficult.ur site builder link u can use,if u want,u can give the link other pages manually.
for reference u can visit http://www.muradinfo.co.cc/ this website.this home or domain url.
