Yahoo small business web hosting?

Question: I have a friend who owns a company he has yahoo business… I think small business plan with yahoo. he used there template and such to design his last site. I am a professional web designer but i have no experience with yahoo. Can I upload my own website through them? So in short I need to find out if I can take my html files and upload it my self and how to do it.

Answer: Based on your business hosting question, here is our suggestion. If you are looking for a business hosting or even the best domain host, your best option is to go with Hostgator. Well, they are not totally free – you have to pay $0.01 (by entering the coupon code below at checkout). This coupon code is usable for any shared hosting and even the $24.95 Aluminum reseller hosting. We suggest you do not waste your time with any other unreliable business hosting.

If you are not only looking for a business hosting, but also a good cheap hosting, we suggest you try MyHosting. It is hard to find any negative MyHosting review so we believe they are the best because they give unlimited bandwidth, unlimited storage, unlimited addon domains, Site builder and much more for such a low monthly price. You can get MyHosting for only $4.84/month.

Do you have more suggestion? Do you disagree with us? Please leave your comment in the box below.

I am no professional webmaster but when uploading my sites to any hosting place I use FTP ( File Transfer Protocol).
I used yahoo but when it came to using certain basic scripts it was’nt possible so I switched to IX and never looked back.
They are half the price and way more efficient.

Yahoo small business is EXTREMELY user friendly, infact i’m using it to host my site in progress right at this moment (tcunews.com) they allow and dont allow certain things, but not life or death things, the only thing im not very happy with is their PHP configuration, it could be better, but you must understand their security is part of that. otherwise its extremely awesome and user friendly, fun to use and very easy

If you are a professional you do know that you use ftp to transfer to any webhost.

I have yahoo webhost all you have to do is log in to yahoo small business find ftp settings to start you also have the option to create users which he can then grant you ftp permission without giving you his email and password for his privacy and security. You should have an ftp program most are available with web editors.
