WHy does Yahoo web hosting and business mail provide such crappy service?

Question: They dont pick up their phones I can get in to my business mail account and I pay Yahoo a whole lot of money for crappy service
any one know of any better service anywhere else? I am open to suggestion since I am expanding my business and dont want to have to change later. Rather do it sooner

Answer: Based on your business hosting question, here is our suggestion. If you are looking for a business hosting or even the best domain host, your best option is to go with Hostgator. Well, they are not totally free – you have to pay $0.01 (by entering the coupon code below at checkout). This coupon code is usable for any shared hosting and even the $24.95 Aluminum reseller hosting. We suggest you do not waste your time with any other unreliable business hosting.

If you are not only looking for a business hosting, but also a good cheap hosting, we suggest you try MyHosting. It is hard to find any negative MyHosting review so we believe they are the best because they give unlimited bandwidth, unlimited storage, unlimited addon domains, Site builder and much more for such a low monthly price. You can get MyHosting for only $4.84/month.

Do you have more suggestion? Do you disagree with us? Please leave your comment in the box below.

Oh, Lord, everything about Yahoo "service" is crappy… This site has never provided service for anything on their website. If you can’t figure it out on your own or find some other user to help you, forget it….

You need to use a word other than "service" to describe their care for their customers….

How about "Yahoo Customer Indifference – Don’t Bother Us" ??? We can just use the accronym YCIDBU…. that pretty much sums the level of customer suport from Yahoo.

Oh, and by the way, HAVE A NICE DAY !!!!

I’ll be canceling my Small Business email account and web hosting. I’m figuring out my options right now. This has happened too many times, the kind of business mail outage we’re having today.

I can’t honestly answer that question for you. But I feel what you are going through, I received an email last week that my account was past due. The day after I received this email, I attempted to go in and change the card that my service was being billed to and it kept giving me this message saying "We’re sorry, there is a temporary problem. Try again later!. If this problem persists, call customer service!". I did just that and we are going on a week that my website and email have been down. I was told it would be fixed in 3 to 5 days. We are on day 6 and I am fed up. I have not heard back from these supposed "Engineers" who are working on the problem. I emailed them and got a response back that basically told me to do what I was trying to do in the beginning.

I am totally disappointed with this service. I am looking at alternatives. I am currently on hold with "Customer Service" and have been for over 30 minutes. They have not addressed any issues or concerns and all they say is "We’re Sorry". They have no problem asking for the money when it is due, but can’t get off their a**es to fix a simple problem. It’s like they have one person working Customer Service. Either that, or they are really screwing up and have millions of people calling them. Something has got to change

If you like to create websites (usually you will end up more than 1 website, I got more than 100 websites in about 6 months’ time), go for multiple web hosting services where you could host all your websites in one account.

I would like to suggest following webhosting which I use, they are excellent.

    Hostmonster http://www.hostmonster.com/track/ryukenden/

They offer hosting of "unlimited domains" and you will get massive webspace of 1500000 MB (1500 GB ). They only charge $5.95/month and they offer "a free Domain Name" and installing service called "Fantastico". By using Fantastico, you could create own forum, photo gallery, shopping cart (e-commerce),your own auction site and your own blogs within few seconds. They also offer "Free Website Builder" as well.
Visit the site to check details.
