Ok I’m having a difficult time choosing between Blogger and WordPress still after reading others opinions on it.

I would like to do the following..Which blog site do you think would be best for it?

*customizable template
*ability to embed youtube videos
*prefer the one that is easiest to generate traffic with
*ability to use google adsense
*ability to use Amazon widgets/banners/links
*free hosting
*not sure if this is possible..but I also want the ability to have others write blog content as well as myself without having to give them my password and Username?
*ease of use is not really a huge concern as I can figure things out pretty quickly and have experience with "manual" blogging in the past. (straight html)
