As long as the content is legal (no child porn, etc.), any paid site will host you. GoDaddy would be a good choice since they’re a good hosting company.
A site builder is the least of your worries. First, your site has to run for years, but only be built once, so a terrible hosting company with a great site builder will be a constant headache. Second, if you’re thinking of building a porn site with a site builder, you’re in the wrong line of work. Site builders build cookie-cutter sites. You need one hand-written.
