I would recommend Inspirohost. They have servers in the US, UK and Singapore, and you can choose which one you want to be on, so the likelihood of being blocked is very low. They also have great support and will set up wordpress and everything for you.
I think that instead of looking for a platform which anyway might be blocked in the future – it’s better to find a good VPN service and work with any platform you want.
