piczo is rubbish, so is freewebs, find a GOOD freehosting site that allows you to create a website and then point your own domain name at it, go buy a domain name cheap from www.godaddy.com (in fact before you do, google ‘godaddy disount codes’ I can get a .com domain name for 6 dollars at best.

You have to upload your website to a webhost to get it to show up on the internet. After uploading (usually using FTP) the host will keep your site on the internet for everyone to see.
