I decided to go with WPWebhost because of some of the great reviews I read online. But I have to say I’m very much disappointed. First of all I might not be a tech guru but I work in a technical industry…so it’s not as though I don’t have a clue. But I have to say their customer service sucks! dealt mainly with the service in Far East, I think Malaysia. I asked two or three very simple questions just to get started and the ticket got moved around between three to four people and it took about a month and it’s still not resolved. Then they closed the ticket on me twice! Maybe I’ve just been unlucky or…perhaps this is normal? But I’m really frustrated and I’ll be looking for another hosting company.

They do actually suck. I have been experiencing offline problems for the past 4 months. Every-time I contact them it’s the same story. “We switched you to another server and will be monitoring it closely”. Then two days later my site is offline, can’t access the CPanel, and here I go again. Unacceptable!
