You can’t have a cheap yet unlimited web hosting. Reseller accounts can be called "unlimited" but they cost a lot. It doesn’t take a lot of bandwidth space to host a wordpress and some flash based site. If you are looking for a balance between best and cheap I would suggest Host Gator.
