    Netbeans IDE with a few plugins

    Mozilla Seamonkey WYSIWYG editor

    Dreamweaver (if you have money to spend)

    Drag and drop for ecommerce? You might as well set fire to your money, because it’s all going to be someone else’s the first time you’re sued for writing a site that’s so insecure that some kid stole all the credit card info in your database. Playing with nitro on skates during an earthquake is safer.
