I’ve been using Bravenet. It’s alright. I had the premium service. It just wasn’t very easy to manage, and it had their application logos everywhere. I want no host logos whatsoever. It has no ads and has 500mb of web space. MS is giving a free domain name for the 1st year. Can also upload your own website if you have one.
