Free website hosting? For tiny business in Vietnam?

Question: A tour guide has asked me to help him advertise his one-man business in Vietnam by setting up a website for him. Any cost is too much….(many in Vietnam live on /day or so).
What is a good hosting site for a free web page? It would be best if I can easily upload a site for him from frontpage (which I can use) with his email address and some photos and information.
