Can anyone recommend a decent web hosting client?

A frequently-asked query:

I am looking for a web hosting service that can give me reliable service. The one I am currently with has let me down time and time again and I’m losing a lot of potential customers due to it. Can anyone tell me about THEIR experiences with their host, I dont want any links to review sites etc as these are often paid by the hosting companies to write nice things.

Ideally I need a service that provides;
Transfer my existing domain/website for free or minimal cost and with limited downtime
Decent bandwidth and storage limits
Good support staff who know what they’re talking about
Minimal downtime
E-mail hosting included
Good value for money

It must have a website builder program as I wish to completely rebuild my site. It needs to include;
Easy use, help guides, walkthroughs etc
A lot of flexibility as to where I can put pictures and text, different text fonts, sizes etc
Large range of decent templates or ability to modify templates
Ability to build forms on the site
Ability to load pdfs that clients can download

Thanks 🙂

    Have a look at
    http://justhost.com
    It’s a fantasitc host. HT esupport is amazing, but the service so brilliant you hardly ever need to use it. Unlimited disk space, bandwidth, ftp accounts, mySQL databases, choice of site builders, easy installable scripts, cPanel control panel… You can see

    or

    for my sites that I run on it. It is a fantastic service, i’ve tried a lot of hosts but this one is the best. I’ve not personally used the site builder, but having played briefly it looks great, and many people say it’s fantastic and easy to use.
    HTH!

    I regard web hosting reviews are those consultant who provide free consultancy without asking for a fees. Of course, they get paid from the product and service they promote through such consultancy. There are many web hosting reviewers and some of them just fake up the reviews. However, some are quite reliable. One such is the Webhostingbreak. True to what they write and honest with their descriptions and selection. Check their web hosting directory, http://www.webhostingbreak.com/web-hosting-directory/
    The experts and their reviews have been quite honest, authentic. I just loved what they suggested.

    The best way to check out a company is to google "company name + complaints" and see what real people have to say about their experiences.

    Try this site. It’s EXTREMELY cheap, high-quality, and it comes with a bunch of cPanel scripts for building websites without knowledge of coding (WordPress, Drupal, Site Builders, etc.). It has 99%+ Uptime for your site too, so it’s a great deal. It starts at $4 and it’s definitely better than all of the other mainstream hosts! :
